How does installation work?

Installing the entry door is a precise process that starts with exact measurement and cutting the opening into the container wall. This offer applies only to containers purchased from us! The listed price covers only the door and installation. The container itself is not included in the price! This approach lets us guarantee high-quality service and compatibility of all components. If you already own a container from elsewhere, you can purchase the door from us separately and have it installed by a third party. A container modified by us this way can only be used for storage and can no longer be used for ocean shipping. A container with an added door makes an excellent short- or long-term office, a night-watchman’s site cabin in an industrial area, or storage space with an office.

Option to buy the door without installation

We can also ship the door with its frame separately for self-installation. In that case, the price will be reduced by about $68 (before VAT), plus shipping costs will be charged based on destination. For an exact quote, please send us the delivery address with ZIP/postal code.

Before we ship the goods, you’ll need to give us the exact measurement of the container floor to the bottom profile of the container’s upper section (the door cutout) — see photo with question mark. As well as the swing direction as viewed from outside — left / right.
